Stephens No Sweat Heating & Air is a family-owned HVAC company in New Paris, OH, founded by Jeff Stephens after more than 20 years in the trade, with a simple focus: treat every customer's system like it is his own.
Before opening Stephens No Sweat, owner Jeff Stephens spent many years working for one of the larger HVAC providers in the area. Over time, he kept seeing the same thing: customers not getting the service they deserved. Rushed jobs, shortcuts, and problems left for someone else to fix later.
He knew he could do better. So he did. Today, the company is built on one idea: treat every customer the way you would want someone to treat your own family. That means honest answers, careful work, and showing up ready to get it right the first time.
